Responsibility for costs incurred in complying with conditions
Unless otherwise stipulated, registrants/students who have conditions placed on their registration under s.s. 150 (Protective Powers) or 152J (Impairment Provisions), because in the Council’s opinion, the registrant/student has an impairment, are responsible for the costs they incur in complying with those conditions.
Note: s.s. 152B & 152C provide that the fee charged for assessment by a registered health practitioner under those sections must be at the Council’s expense.
